  • Returns: Customized products are non-returnable except in the case of defects or errors. For non-customized products, returns may be accepted within 2 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds: Refunds for non-customized items will be processed once the returned item is inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
